Gift Card Policy

At Lunar Bay Massage, we are committed to offering a peaceful retreat
Lunar Bay Spa gift cards may be used for all services and retail products available at our spa.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of payment.
Gift cards cannot be used for gratuities unless otherwise specified.
In compliance with federal law, Lunar Bay Massage gift cards do not expire for at least five years from the date of purchase.

All gift card sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by state law. Lunar Bay Massage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. We strongly recommend treating gift cards like cash.

Gift cards are fully transferable and may be used by another person if presented at checkout.
Lunar Bay Massage reserves the right to decline or void a gift card if it is suspected to be fraudulent, altered, or obtained through unauthorized means. Lunar Bay Massage reserves the right to modify or update this policy without prior notice.
